And I agree that the ingredient proportions are iffy- I usually have to cut back on either flour or a liquid ingredient, somewhere!Madam Chowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17279653921054862976noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27281856.post-59976849671990931972007-04-05T20:05:00.000-04:002007-04-05T20:05:00.000-04:00Great post!I can't believe you used to mill your o...Great post!

I can't believe you used to mill your own flour. That is so cool!

I'm glad that you decided to try baking with yeast again as it is so much fun. I've found some of the recipes in the book you used iffy, but I think your rolls look great. It enhances the cinnamon flavor in any recipe (you'll have to experiment with how much, start at about 1/8 a teaspoon, depending on how much cinnamon you use.)

Glad the info I posted about the book was helpful! I swear, I love that book but sometimes the flour amounts drove me to distraction. :)

Ari (Baking and Books)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27281856.post-63857418424915282842007-04-05T08:19:00.000-04:002007-04-05T08:19:00.000-04:00Thank you for visiting!
